读书笔记（二）———穷人与富人思维

在《富爸爸穷爸爸》一书中，作者罗伯特·清崎就从多方面对比了穷人和富人思维。

第一种区别：对待工作的态度不同

你为什么要工作？

在穷人看来，工作是为了，于是他每天想的就是怎样工作可以让老板涨工资。

而富人从不为了钱工作，也不愿意耗费一生为别人工作。

在他们看来，工作最重要的是要给我们带来、技能，帮助我们建立真正的事业。

一旦建立了自己的事业，他们就能获得源源不断的被动收入，让钱为他们工作。

总而言之，穷人为钱工作，富人让钱为他工作。

第二种区别：使用财富的方法不同

穷人缺乏对财富的掌控力，他们会不停地打工赚钱，然后享受消费。

等到钱花没了，又为了钱去工作，这样就进入了恶性循环。

富人最开始时也会努力工作，但在钱不多的时候他们就懂得节俭，知道理财。

然后让手上的钱像滚雪球一样越滚越多……

第三种区别：对待免费东西的态度不同

穷人最喜欢的就是免费的东西，觉得自己占了便宜。

于是他们会对抢优惠券、砍价活动、盖楼活动乐此不疲。

富人则知道，免费的东西免掉的是钱，耗掉的却是时间。

看似不要钱，其实却是最昂贵的。

第四种区别：买入的资产不同

穷人喜欢买入耗钱资产，比如、昂贵的手机、名牌衣服。

这些资产让你看上去光鲜亮丽，但其实却在不断消耗你的钱，只会让你越来越穷。

富人喜欢买入生钱资产，比如股票、基金、用于出租的房地产。

这些生钱资产能让钱生钱，是实现财务自由的关键。

The second difference: different ways of using wealth

The poor lack control over their wealth. They will keep working to make money and then enjoy spending.

When money runs out and you work for it, you enter a vicious circle.

The rich also work hard at the beginning, but when they have little money, they know how to save and manage money.

Then let the money on hand snowball more and more ...

The third difference: different attitudes towards free things

What the poor like best is free things, and they feel they have taken advantage of them.

Therefore, they will be eager to rob coupons, bargain hunting and Gai Lou activities.

The rich know that what is free is money, but what is consumed is time.

Seemingly without money, it is actually the most expensive.

The fourth difference: the assets purchased are different.

Poor people like to buy expensive assets, such as cars, expensive mobile phones and famous brand clothes.

These assets make you look glamorous, but they are actually consuming your money and will only make you poorer and poorer.

Rich people like to buy raw assets, such as stocks, funds and real estate for rent.

These money-generating assets enable Qian Shengqian to realize financial freedom.
